Continuum is a software product from Betancourt Group LLC (“we,” “us”). This page explains, in plain language, how we intend to handle information when the product is available. The waitlist on this site collects limited contact details only.

What this product is

Continuum is software for organizing family wealth information: documents, entity structures, advisor collaboration, heir readiness playbooks, and decision records. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser.

Waitlist (this website)

If you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Email address (required)
• Optional role (Owner / Advisor / Family member)
• Optional city

We use this to contact you about Continuum previews and product updates. We do not sell waitlist data.

Documents and vault data (product)

When Continuum launches, providing a vault means we (or our infrastructure providers) will store documents and related metadata you upload or create — for example filenames, folder structure, entity associations, timestamps, and access permissions. We do not claim that we “never store your data.” Storing documents and metadata is required to offer the vault and map features you ask for.

We will publish clearer retention, encryption, and subprocessors details before general availability. Until then, treat this as a product direction, not a completed security whitepaper.

Advisor invites

If you invite a CPA, attorney, or other advisor, we will process their email and the access scope you assign so they can join your household workspace. You control whom you invite; advisors see only what your permissions allow.

Emergency / break-glass access

We plan concepts for rare emergency access — for example temporary access by a designated person to critical documents — with auditability. Exact rules, legal framing, and technical controls are not final. Nothing on the marketing site creates a promise of a specific fiduciary or legal mechanism.

Analytics and cookies

This static marketing site is designed to be lightweight. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and prefer privacy-respecting options. Essential technical storage (for example remembering that you submitted the waitlist on this device) may be used for the success state.

Children

Continuum is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect waitlist information from anyone under 18.
