These terms govern your use of the Continuum marketing website and waitlist operated by Betancourt Group LLC (“we,” “us”). When the Continuum product launches, a fuller product agreement may apply; until then, this page covers this site and early communications.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use Continuum. By submitting the form, you confirm you meet that age requirement.

What Continuum is — and is not

Continuum is software for organizing family wealth information (documents, entity maps, advisor collaboration, heir playbooks, decision logs). Continuum is not:

• Investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice
• A broker-dealer
• A registered investment adviser (RIA), unless and until we are lawfully registered and say so in writing
• A bank, custodian, or exchange
• A substitute for your own attorneys, CPAs, or licensed advisors

You remain responsible for engaging qualified professionals and for decisions about your family’s structures and assets.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription, guarantee access on a particular date, or lock pricing. Planned pricing on the site is subject to change. We may accept, delay, or decline early access at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, submit unlawful content, or impersonate others on the waitlist.

Intellectual property

Site design, branding, and copy are owned by Betancourt Group LLC or its licensors. You may not copy the site for commercial use without permission.

Disclaimer

This marketing site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on planned features (including emergency access concepts) describes product direction and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Betancourt Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or waitlist. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to this site is limited to fifty U.S. dollars (US $50) or the minimum permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction say otherwise.
